Service Terms

Niko DiCarlo provides website design, development, hosting management and optional AI-enhanced website services. These pages describe the advertised standard packages. Each accepted project should also have a written agreement confirming its specific deliverables and terms.
1. Website Packages
Standard advertised website creation prices are:
- Basic: $500 one-time creation.
- AI Plus: $1,000 one-time creation.
- AI Pro: $1,500 one-time creation.
Projects requiring additional pages, integrations, advanced customization or work outside standard scope may receive a separate quote.
2. Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery refers to qualifying standard-scope website previews when all necessary content and project information are received by the agreed cutoff.
Project complexity, revisions, approval timing, domain configuration or other technical requirements may affect completion and public launch dates. A specific delivery commitment should be confirmed before work begins.
3. Annual Renewal
The first 12 months of the applicable managed service are included in the initial creation price. Continued managed services are offered at:
- Basic: $100 per year.
- AI Plus: $200 per year.
- AI Pro: $300 per year.
Renewal invoices are issued manually. There are no automatic renewal charges. Continued managed service depends on timely renewal and the agreed service terms.
4. Domain and Website Ownership
Customers retain ownership of their domain and the website deliverables specified in their agreement, subject to disclosed third-party licenses and payment obligations.
Customers who discontinue managed hosting may request a reasonable transfer of eligible website deliverables and domain management to another provider.
5. Revisions and Updates
Standard packages include one reasonable design revision round.
Optional routine website updates start at $100 per agreed standard update request. Larger changes are quoted separately.
6. AI Features
AI Plus and AI Pro include unlimited ordinary customer conversations without per-message customer billing, subject to technical rate limits, abuse protections and applicable service restrictions.
AI systems can occasionally generate incorrect, incomplete or outdated information. Customers should review and approve the information used to configure their assistants.
Advanced file-processing, voice and web-search capabilities depend on the agreed package, supported formats, security controls and third-party service availability.
7. Third-Party Services
Websites may use third-party services for hosting, domains, fonts, AI processing and related functionality. Availability and performance may depend on these providers.
8. Website Inquiries
Clicking a Get Started or Request a Demo button opens an email draft. It does not create a purchase, send a message automatically, or establish a binding project agreement.
